Center for Heirs’ Property (CHP) presents the 3rd annual En Plein Heir: A Paint Out Celebrating the Beauty of Family Land. Join CHP on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 9 a.m. in the historic district of Sullivan’s Island for a fundraiser and curated experience blending art, history, and community together on the grounds of Fort Moultrie Museum (exact location revealed upon registration).

The Paint Out Includes:

• A live painting demo for beginners with Chris Bilton of Bilton Arts Studio
• A public mixer and opportunity to showcase your artwork at Battery Gadsden Cultural Center
• Special recognition for Best in Show by Chris Bilton and CHP Staff’s Choice
• A tour of Sullivan’s Island historic district
• Bathroom access at Ft. Moultrie Museum
